I swear, when I read this thread SKi's last post wasn't there, and after I posted, instead of taking me to a ciew of MY post, it showed me Ski.

And since we both start out talking about Song of Songs, it took my brain a second. My immediate thought was "How the hell did I post under Ski's name, we aren't even in the same STATE anymore!!??"

I think these water balloon/biblical passage threaads are dangerous

Well, Jadian and Jones were flirting. And then Jadian mentioned going bra shopping. Jones made the comment that he couldn't see Jadian doing anything with a bra besides using it to launch water balloons (the whole feminist thing, I'm assuming, feminists aren't supposed to wear bras). Jadian took this as a comment on her chest, thinking that he meant that her talents looked like water balloons. Then ski drooled. And Crazy compared Jadian's breasts to scoops of vanilla ice cream, which really creeped her out. So, I quoted song of songs as a joke, but apparently Jadian thinks having her breasts compared to gazelles is better than ice cream or water balloons, so I win the prize.

Of course, how I'm going to explain this to Dan I don't know...

She's not a prize to be won. I think eris just stepped over into the realm of male chauvanism.

As an aside, Jadians new avatar is a part of the picture of her smile. I mentioned that you and J-mo both had beautiful smiles. It's not the mouth that makes the smile. It's the twinkle in the eyes that can't be captured with forced smiles, or when someone's "posing" for a camera.
Jade's avatar and the pic of Jely that I'm thinking of show that sparkle. So does Gems, even if the "red eyes" makes it hard to see.
